Jamaica Blue is a dramatic peacock blue teal with a pearl finish. This accent color is designed for an Autumn's warm coloring. Brush just a tiny amount onto the outer corner of upper eyelash line and into towards crease or a little It looks greener or bluer depending upon individual skin tones and pairs nicely with colors like gold, bronze, copper for a touch of added drama. Usually applied to the outer corner of upper eyelids as an accent.
